I'm not sure what I want or how to place an order?
We are constantly working to make our website more user friendly and appreciate that some users may find our terminology confusing. If you are unsure as to what you need to do to upload an image or what medium/framing solution will best meet your requirements and budget, please contact us and we will be happy to walk you through the process and describe the options available.
How do I view/update my account and order details?
Once you have logged into your account, simply click on your username displayed in the top right hand corner of the website. From here you can view your Favourites and Order History or edit your User Profile, Shopping Cart or Resale Certificate and Business Information.
What image file formats do you need?
We can accept images formatted as JPG, PNG, TIFF or PSD file formats.
Do you review the images before you print them?
Yes! Our online tools check to ensure that uploaded images conform to our basic requirements. We then manually review each image to ensure it is of sufficient quality to meet any specific requirements relating to the print size or medium you have selected. If we have any concerns, we will be sure to contact you to discuss appropriate solutions.
How much do you charge for delivery?
We endeavour to keep our postage and packaging costs to a minimum and will deliver up to 5 standard 8X10 unmounted, unframed prints free of charge. Postage costs for other orders will depend on the order type and quantity. Take a look at our pricing page for some examples.
When can I expect my order to be delivered?
Standard prints are typically dispatched within 48 hours. Bespoke or large orders will take longer subject to quantities required and the craftmanship associated with the selected mediums or frames. We will always try to be flexible so if you have any specific deadlines to meet then please contact us so that we may work with you in meeting them.
I am unhappy with my purchase, what should I do?
We work hard to make sure you order is produced to the highest standards. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied by the results, please contact us to explain the issue an we will do our best to resolve it to your complete satisfaction.
